Responsibilities:
Preparing quotes and finalizing contracts for business customers
Back-office tasks for business customers
Participating in and processing bids for commodities
Providing support and advice to residential and commercial customers and finalizing valuable contracts for commodities and standardized energy services
Development and implementation of concepts and campaigns in the residential customer segment
Implementation of commodity products and bundled products in the business, commercial, and residential customer segments
Analysis of data and statistics (framework agreements, BNetzA, certifiers, State Statistical Office) and systematic verification of master data and rate data maintained by service providers
Management and updating of end-customer documents, including service provider oversight
Price calculation, portfolio planning, and procurement processing
Procurement of electricity and natural gas in accordance with the current risk manual
Organizational tasks and acting as a substitute for the division head
