Your new challenge at our Villingen location:

Your new role at our Villingen location:
Point of contact for senior management on all matters related to environmental, health, and safety management (EHS), including energy management
Promoting a sustainable safety and prevention culture through the implementation and further development of global EHS initiatives at the site
Ensuring compliance with all relevant EHS requirements and actively steering improvement measures to minimize risk
Assessing, reporting, and conducting risk assessments in the event of deviations from legal, regulatory, and normative requirements in the areas of EHS and energy management
Identifying opportunities for optimization, developing appropriate measures, and sustainably embedding best practices into operations
Preparing and presenting meaningful EHS and energy metrics to support data-driven management decisions
Conducting and participating in internal and external customer and certification audits for EHS and energy
Providing regular reports to senior management

Your Profile:

Your Profile:
A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, along with advanced training as an energy and environmental manager (m/f/d) or a comparable specialization
Training as a safety specialist and auditor training with excellent knowledge of ISO 50001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 are a plus
Several years of experience in a management role, ideally at a manufacturing company
Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to take initiative, as well as good written and spoken German and English
