Your Responsibilities
You will provide technical and managerial leadership to the customer service team and customer service centers—comprising approximately 30 energy specialists—and continuously develop your team
You analyze challenges and disruptions in our workflows, develop sustainable solutions in collaboration with related departments, and optimize processes and tools
You promote practical knowledge transfer and support your team in confidently using modern work methods and digital applications
You use digital solutions and AI-powered assistance systems to design work processes that are efficient and future-oriented
You collaborate across departments with various stakeholders, communicating clearly, professionally, and as an equal
What You'll Bring to the Table
In-depth technical and process knowledge in the energy industry
Several years of experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of teams
Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a high level of interpersonal skills
