Your role with us:
* Independent and autonomous management of group-wide
new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects
* Participation in organizational and strategic tasks within
one’s own department
* Independent preparation of planning documents:
o Preparation of feasibility studies and preliminary plans
o Development of design plans
o Preparation of plans for approval
o Preparation of construction contracts
o Coordination with government agencies
* Independently preparing building permit applications and
bills of quantities
* Overseeing and billing for construction work
* Independently managing construction companies and construction supervision
What you'll bring to the table:
* Successfully completed bachelor's degree in
civil engineering or state-certified technician (m/f/d) in
construction with a specialization in building construction
* Good knowledge of building law and relevant building codes
* Proficiency in using Revit and AutoCAD design software
* Proficiency in using MS Office and other common tools for
project planning
* Professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and companies
* Possession of a Class B driver’s license
* Reliability, personal responsibility, and commitment
* Ability to work in a structured, conceptual, and results-oriented
manner
