Who We Are

Across the entire field of electrical grids, we conduct highly software-driven research projects and develop, among other things, custom software for the planning and operation of electrical grids. Every day, our software products and solutions support the safe and reliable operation of the electrical power grid—both nationally and internationally. We work at the intersection of research and software development, which makes our work very diverse and practical. We are a team of more than 50 colleagues.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Work on agile software projects in close collaboration with customers
  • Facilitating agile processes and ceremonies (including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, and Retrospective)
  • Resolving and communicating blockers
  • Ensuring a smooth Agile delivery process and preventing spillover between sprints
  • Fostering collaboration and communication between the team, the Product Owner, and the client
  • Coaching the team in agile methods and continuously improving work processes

What You Bring to the Table

  • A relevant college degree or comparable professional training
  • Relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable agile role
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitation techniques
  • Experience managing agile development projects
  • Proficiency in using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and standard office applications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to assert oneself
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to work independently
