We, FairNetz GmbH, are the grid operator in Reutlingen and in many municipalities throughout the region. With approximately 400 employees, we ensure the reliable and sustainable operation of electricity, natural gas, district heating, and drinking water networks. Tasks
Independently processing and managing orders (new orders, changes, complaints), including drafting customer correspondence
Managing, monitoring, and closing out orders, as well as maintaining and analyzing relevant data
Management and maintenance of equipment master data, as well as support for installations and modifications
Planning and coordination of schedules, personnel, and equipment deployment in consultation with customers and installers
Customer support via telephone (e.g., scheduling appointments, handling complaints)
Candidate Profile

Completed technical or business vocational training
