Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. Your Responsibilities
Development of stakeholder strategies, as well as the strategic establishment and maintenance of networks with political, institutional, and societal stakeholders
Identification of trends within the network and their strategic translation into the KWW’s technical work
Monitoring and analysis of political and legislative developments at the federal and state levels regarding municipal heat planning
Drafting position papers, briefings, policy analyses, and decision-making documents
Representing the KWW in expert committees, working groups, and at events
Organizing and facilitating dialogue forums with various stakeholder groups
This is a full-time position, initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your Profile
A college degree in political science, economics, law, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in a political or parliamentary setting and, ideally, in strategic stakeholder management
Knowledge of legislative procedures and political decision-making processes, as well as experience collaborating with political decision-makers
Ideally, experience in the areas of climate protection and energy policy
Legal knowledge or experience in evaluating legal issues is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with CRM systems
A systematic, structured, and independent approach to work
High motivation and the ability to work well in a team, as well as a willingness to travel for work
Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German
Since this is an infrastructure project, residency in the Halle/Leipzig area is required
