The company was the first wind turbine manufacturer to implement a gearless drive concept, which is a hallmark of all ENERCON wind turbines. ENERCON is also a leader in other areas, such as rotor blade design, control technology, and grid connection technology, and consistently demonstrates its innovative strength through a wide range of new technological developments.
Our service team provides maintenance, servicing, and repairs for our turbines worldwide, ensuring their long-term technical availability.
To strengthen our team in the Feldheim and Jüterbog area (Hoher Fläming region), we are seeking a dedicated manager.
Your responsibilities:
You lead, develop, and motivate your team in the service area and ensure the efficient deployment of your employees
You are an inspiring role model and foster a positive work culture
You continuously develop your team and derive targeted improvement measures from key metrics and observations
You view workplace safety and the well-being of your team as your top priority.
You are responsible for inventory levels and stock takings and ensure the availability of all necessary tools.
A service-oriented approach comes naturally to you.
You fulfill your obligations as a business owner and monitor compliance with legal regulations.
Your qualifications:
You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and earned a master craftsman or technician certification, or alternatively, you hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
You have several years of professional experience and expertise in leading a team
You are proficient in using MS Office applications and have SAP skills
You have a good basic knowledge of English
You communicate clearly and respectfully, make decisions, and provide guidance to your team
You are empathetic, highly self-motivated, and enjoy a varied workload
Due to the leadership responsibilities in this service area, we prefer that you live in the Feldheim/Jüterbog region, in the southern suburbs of Berlin and Potsdam, or in the neighboring regions of Dessau-Roßlau and Lutherstadt Wittenberg
