Here’s what you can expect:
- Responsibility for the facilities
- Operation and maintenance of the utility systems in the grid in the voltage range of 0.4 to 20 kV, as well as street lighting
- Coordinating and managing external construction companies and internal service providers
- Operating and maintaining specialized machinery, equipment, and our vehicle fleet
- Participating in on-call duty, including performing troubleshooting measures
You bring the following:
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a willingness to pursue further training in electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical or mechanical field is a plus
- A Class B driver’s license is mandatory. A Class CE driver’s license or a willingness to obtain one is required. In this case, Naturenergie netze will cover the costs
- Due to the nature of the work on overhead power lines, you should not be afraid of heights and must have a head for heights
