Account Manager Energy Services (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will receive intensive training at our headquarters in Munich and learn everything you need to know to enter the world of energy services
- On the phone, you will be the competent point of contact for our customers for all questions relating to heating and operating cost billing and the entire BRUNATA-METRONA product world
- You process and document all processes and customer contacts in the modern SAP system
- You distribute tasks from the paperless inbox to the specialist departments
- We promote your professional development according to your personal strengths with qualified further training and promotion opportunities
Your qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or are a career changer from a service-related industry such as tourism or retail
- You have a strong service orientation and communication skills, which are reflected in your enjoyment of telephone customer contact
- You are interested in innovative, technical products and enjoy working with numbers
- You are confident in MS Office, ideally you have already gained experience with an ERP system
