Account Manager - Intermediary and Consultant (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Become part of our sales team as an Account Manager (m/f/d) for our Intermediaries and Consultants segment and take our customer relationships to a new level with your commitment and keen sales instinct. As a personal contact for nationwide operating bundled customers from various industries, including the real estate and housing industry, you will not only shape appreciative customer conversations, but also develop innovative strategies to recognize and meet the individual needs of your customers. - Customer acquisition and care: You are the brains behind customer acquisition and care for our electricity and gas division. Your job covers the entire process from making contact to concluding contracts with new and existing customers. You are responsible for the success and growth of our electricity and gas division by maintaining existing customer relationships and at the same time attracting new customers. You will also keep your finger on the pulse by actively participating in events and trade fairs to identify trends and potential.
- Customer relations: You are the face of our company for our customers. With your warm and successful way of communicating, you manage to build and maintain long-term relationships. You are the anchor of trust with whom our customers enjoy interacting.
- Project work: You are goal-oriented and really put your foot down in projects and working groups. With your strong understanding of the market, you help design product and pricing systems that really hit the mark. You are the creative mind who uses your market knowledge to set the course for our products and prices and thus make a significant contribution to our success.
- Internal coordination: You are the linchpin between sales, back office, customer service, billing and energy-related services. Your mission? To ensure first-class service for our customers!
- Service optimization: You are a true professional when it comes to developing strategic approaches for customer care and market development - always with a focus on what our customers really need. And the exciting part? You create new opportunities for cross-selling photovoltaic, e-mobility and heating solutions. You are the pioneer of service optimization, always finding new ways to inspire our customers and conquer the market at the same time.
Your qualifications
- Degree: If you have successfully completed a degree with a technical or (energy) business background, this is a perfect fit.
- Sales experience: You are in the right place if you already have experience in energy sales. As the first point of contact for our customers, you score points with your sales skills and place particular emphasis on the needs of our customers. You are also always ready to expand your professional network both inside and outside the company.
- IT and technical skills: You score points with solid IT skills (MS Office, SAP, CRM) and bring a sound knowledge of the energy markets, including the legal and economic framework.
- Competence profile: You love talking to customers - you do this with authentic persuasiveness. In your area of responsibility, you work independently and in a structured manner, always as a reliable partner and colleague. You are determined in your work and enjoy every success you achieve.
