Account Manager / Sales – Renewable Energies (m/f/d)

As a leading specialist in power electronics, including photovoltaic, wind power and battery storage technologies, WSTECH develops and produces solutions for renewable energies, power grids and energy storage. Everything at one location and from one source – development, sales, production and service – “Made in Flensburg”.

Your tasks

  • Establishing, maintaining and strategically developing new and existing customer relationships
  • Analyzing and evaluating business processes and customer requirements in consultations
  • Planning customer development potential
  • Active further development of key customers in cooperation with department management
  • Creation of specific product and service portfolio concepts
  • Independently conducting contract negotiations
  • Supporting customer orders from implementation to handover to our customer service department

Your qualifications

  • Completed training or studies, e.g. business administration, sales management, industrial engineering, and demonstrable professional experience in sales (preferably experience in the field of renewable energies)
  • Solid knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Distinctive sales personality with strong communication skills
  • High degree of empathy
  • Hands-on mentality
