We are an energy provider for homes, companies and the housing industry and supply private and business customers with electricity, gas and water. The energy industry covers a broad spectrum and offers exciting fields of activity. We also make our market knowledge and expertise available to other municipal utilities and energy supply companies as a service provider. We advise them and support them in their operations through business process outsourcing (BPO).

Your tasks

  • You support our customers and develop target-oriented solutions
  • You will also maintain our master and transaction data
  • Your “know-how” is required for supplier, tariff changes and new customer applications
  • If there are any disputes, you will handle them as part of market communication
  • You will also support our customers via the online customer center
  • You will also take care of digital correspondence
  • You will win back customers with your professional and friendly manner
  • Metering management also falls within your area of responsibility
  • You will also carry out customer and grid usage billing

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You are comfortable working with the MS Office package and ideally also have knowledge of Schleupen software
  • You have initial industry knowledge and / or enthusiasm
  • You are characterized by a high level of service and customer orientation
  • You also enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills, which are essential for working with colleagues and customers
  • You also have a high degree of performance orientation, commitment and conscientiousness
