Your tasks
- Collaboration in determining internal and, if applicable, external needs/requirements (also from regulations/laws) and in identifying risks
- Deriving specific measures (e.g. for further development, maintaining operational security, vulnerability management/patch management) including the creation of short, medium and long-term implementation plans (roadmap)
- Development of measures to restore normal operation in the event of disruptions (disruption management)
- Creation of work/implementation plans (including time schedule, required resources, system overviews/network plans, configurations/parameterization data) for measures (commissioning, adjustments to systems in operation, troubleshooting and dismantling)
- Implementation (commissioning, implementation of adjustments to components in operation, troubleshooting and dismantling), including the final decision on measures
- Creation and implementation of adjustments to the technical documentation
- Contributing to the drafting and further development of contracts
- Contributing to the creation and further development of documents in connection with ISMS (e.g. operating concepts, protection requirements assessments and risk analyses) and BCM
- Supporting internal and external ISMS audits as well as other effectiveness checks, including with external service providers
- Participation in the on-call duty
- Independent selection and deployment of suitable internal and external resources (technology, employees and, if applicable, external service providers), taking into account the regulations/laws applicable at the time and coordination with affected departments/specialist areas (including network management) and, if applicable, external parties (customers/service providers).
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in computer science (Bachelor) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in setting up and operating client and server hardware
- Virtualization technologies (VMWare, Kubernetes), network and storage technologies as well as Windows and Linux operating systems
- Good knowledge of English
- Class B driver’s license
