Your tasks
- As a Smart Meter Rollout Administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for scheduling the rollout, the corresponding implementation and the follow-up work. - Responsibility for planning and scheduling the rollout of intelligent metering systems (iMS) and modern metering equipment (mME)
- Handling the necessary processes in market communication (WIM processes) and, if necessary, bilateral clarification with customers and market partners, including on customer portals
- Managing the service provider for troubleshooting and monitoring market communication in connection with smart metering systems
- Monitoring tasks and errors arising from the processes, carrying out root cause analysis and troubleshooting in Schleupen
- Troubleshooting in the modules of the Schleupen billing system
- Support with reporting tasks to the Federal Network Agency and creation of internal reports on metering
Your qualifications
- A degree in energy management (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of energy supply or the energy industry
- Sound knowledge of common MS Office products and a high affinity for IT
- Good knowledge of the Schleupen billing system is desirable
- Technical understanding and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- High service orientation, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and time flexibility
- Ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
- Friendly demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you
- You are highly self-motivated and enjoy working in a team
