We are looking for support:
Your tasks
- Analyzing the business processes of the Networks division for their automation potential and the potential for using AI
- Initiating and leading digitalization and automation projects
- Optimizing and automating business processes with the low-code platform X4 and using workflows in SLT Inplast
- Interface between the Networks division and corporate process management and IT
- Setting up processes in the existing RPA bot
- Checking that business processes are up to date in collaboration with the process owners
- Documenting business processes in the BPMS system Bizagi
- Further development of data quality processes and definition of leading systems for data records
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, engineering, computer science or comparable skills and knowledge
- Knowledge of energy and water management processes, applications and products
- Experience in process management and process modeling
- Experience in modeling end-to-end processes
- Initial experience with SLT Inplast and Bizagi desirable
- Independence and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong commitment, very good communication and teamwork skills
