• As an Asset Management Support Specialist (m/f/d), you will work in a team with the Asset Managers to ensure that energy supply and distribution systems are operated efficiently, take care of technical and commercial processes and ensure optimal customer support.
• You will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support in asset management, including the creation and analysis of key figures
• You will support customers in the event of faults and complaints, coordinate measures and maintain the digital systems
• You will provide support in ensuring the energy efficiency of systems and monitor consumption data and deviations
• You organize technical maintenance work, coordinate service providers and manage contract and invoicing processes
• You play an active role in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and in optimizing operational processes

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally in the field of energy, energy services or HVAC trade
• Several years of professional experience in a customer and service-oriented environment
• Knowledge of energy, business and technical fundamentals as well as service provider management
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP, good knowledge of German and English an advantage
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented, structured approach to work
