Your tasks
You will take responsibility for the technical and economic optimization of contracting systems (heating, cooling, CHP, etc.) and define the operating and maintenance strategy. You ensure system availability through maintenance plans and the management of internal and external operators. You permanently optimize the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of your systems and help shape the transformation of fossil generation plants towards climate neutrality. You minimize safety risks through professional risk assessments, comprehensive safety measures and consistent monitoring. You will negotiate with customers and service providers on the scope and quality of services as well as cost allocation (claim management) and support sales in the event of complaints and customer complaints, in particular by analyzing and presenting the facts with regard to contractual rights and obligations.
Your qualifications
Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of energy/supply engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field Several years of professional experience in a similar area of responsibility In addition to technical know-how, an interest and basic commercial understanding Service orientation, a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness and enjoy working in a team Strong analytical and conceptual skills, communication skills and above-average commitment
