• You are responsible for managing and coordinating the development and control process of the action plan in the grid value chain (electricity, gas, water) from a technical/economic perspective
• You prepare committee documents as part of NRM action planning (Executive Board, Wifi, Supervisory Board approvals, technical reports, session templates)
• You ensure that projects, measure portfolios and collectors are commissioned to the asset service units of all divisions and Mainova ServiceDienste GmbH on time for the year
• You are responsible for planning and creating the standard annual calendar as the basis for the measure development and control process as well as the associated preparation of all reports and evaluations
• You will ensure the proper management of the funding release and funding application processes
• You will independently manage projects and moderate workshops on topics related to the action plan
• You will take on complex special tasks as required

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or a master’s degree in electrical engineering or comparable, supplemented by professional experience appropriate to the role
• Strong analytical, systemic and conceptual thinking and understanding of the management of electricity, gas and water networks
• Strong communication and conflict management skills, assertiveness and a structured and analytical working style
• Above-average commitment as well as a confident and competent demeanor
• Independent, team-oriented way of working and strong awareness of quality, costs and deadlines
