The Landsberg municipal utility company, which is wholly owned by the town of Landsberg am Lech, is a cross-linked company that supplies the region, which is home to around 40,000 people, with electricity, gas and water. Some of the electricity is also generated using photovoltaics; there is also an efficient fiber optic network. There are over 100 employees who are responsible for the security of supply in the region. The municipal utilities also operate the Inselbad swimming pool and parking garages. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious person (m/f/d) for the newly created position of Asset Manager Planning Power Grids.
Energy supply and infrastructure regional In detail, the tasks include classic asset management, namely the development of a strategic network concept; the subsequent derivation of construction programs and planning principles and the development of the business plan and monitoring of investments. It also involves network planning (detailed planning, including route construction, ONTS construction measures, etc.) and network calculation. The job holder also provides support with digitalization projects and supervises construction measures.
We are explicitly looking for specialists with sound training and experience in electrical engineering. We therefore specifically address electrical engineers (m/f/d), in particular with a focus on energy technology, who ideally have several years of professional experience. Industrial engineers specializing in electrical engineering are equally qualified. They report to the Head of the Electricity Grid department. The two board members act above them. You have a university degree (engineer, bachelor's degree) or a similar qualification (master technician, electrical engineering, energy technology) and ideally have an additional qualification in the commercial field. You are welcome as someone who also has a basic knowledge of regulation and can operate the interface to the commercial side.
