Your tasks
Customer service: You will be responsible for professional telephone and written customer service for business customers, in particular for questions regarding billing and receivables management. You will also be responsible for processing customer feedback in order to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Market communication: You will coordinate market communication for business customers, including the start of supply, change of supplier and change of equipment. You will ensure that all relevant information is communicated effectively. Data maintenance: In this role, you will be responsible for setting up systems (RLM/ flat rates) in SAP. You will also take care of the system-side maintenance of meter changes for special contract customers to ensure smooth processing. EDL customers and special billing: You will take care of EDL customers and be responsible for the billing of special cases. You will ensure correct billing and be available to answer customers' questions Interface: As the point of contact for sales staff, you will provide support with product, price and tariff maintenance. You will also be actively involved in projects to drive the continuous development of our specialist area.
Your qualifications
Degree: You have completed training in a commercial or IT profession. A degree in business administration, a degree in information technology or relevant further training is an advantage and is welcomed. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in the energy industry, particularly in customer service and billing. Professional skills: Ideally you will have a sound knowledge of energy law. IT skills: You have a solid understanding of IT technology as well as experience with SAP/IS-U or a comparable energy industry billing system. You also have very good knowledge of MS Office applications. Competence profile: You enjoy dealing with customers and are always customer-oriented. At the same time, you convince with appropriate assertiveness. You are prepared to develop constructive solutions both independently and as part of a team and to familiarize yourself independently with new issues.
