Business lawyer / engineer (m/f/d) for contract & claims management in energy transition projects
Your tasks
- Contributing to the drafting of contracts and conducting negotiations
- Project-related contract management (contract administration)
- Technical contract and risk analyses, interface clarifications
- Development of strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defense
- Participation in the preparation and defense of claims
- Supporting / advising project teams on contractual issues
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies (engineering or business law)
- Preferably relevant professional experience in contract and / or project management
- Very good knowledge of contract law such as BGB, VOB, HOAI, preferably also knowledge of international standard contract models such as FIDIC
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident use of software tools (MS Office)
- Willingness to travel and work
