Your tasks

  • You are part of the “Corporate Development” team and are the responsible Business Partner for a dedicated business area. Together with us, you will support the realignment of the SWL Group as part of strategy processes and projects.
  • As a link between the management and the business area you are responsible for, you support the coordination of the Group strategy with the business areas as well as the constant alignment between the target and day-to-day operations and act as a sparring partner in all directions.
  • You identify potential for optimizing portfolios and business cases and develop marketable solution concepts.
  • You are an important contact person for project management, decide with the business area you are responsible for which projects are to be set up, take on project management yourself and ensure the management of external consultancies.
  • You will develop and implement innovative and sustainable concepts to future-proof “your” business area in the overall context of the Group.
  • You are motivated to work on the further development of the services offered by the “Corporate Development” department into an internal consultancy.

Your qualifications

  • You have a Master’s degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or innovation management or demonstrable equivalent experience and knowledge.
  • You have already been responsible for business cases that show that you have a strong focus on sales and experience in direct customer contact.
  • You have knowledge and experience in at least three areas: Business development, market intelligence, portfolio management, development of KPI-based control logics, strategy development, commercial excellence, process efficiency – ideally as part of a consulting role.
  • You have sound knowledge of project management and customer management paired with an entrepreneurial interest.
  • You are enthusiastic about digital and sustainable services of general interest, understand the role of municipal companies in the energy and mobility transition and are keen to make a contribution to the realignment even in turbulent times.
  • You have communication and moderation skills, enjoy analytical and abstract tasks and are team and service-oriented.
  • You are motivated to achieve a lot together in a team and have a strong hands-on mentality.
