Business Service Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As a Business Service Manager (m/f/d) you will play an important role in the organization of back-office processes in energy trading. You will actively shape the mapping and further development of these processes in the IT system landscape. You will work in a dynamic and international environment.
- You will have process responsibility for exciting parts of the back-office processes in the field of energy trading and renewable energies
- You carry out the processes independently and in an audit-proof manner
- You are an indispensable support in product development
- You will be responsible for dynamic cash management for the marketing of renewable feed-ins
- You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the processing of green book management activities
- You will maintain contact with internal trading partners and trading partners across Europe and work together to develop solutions
- You will lead and work on interdisciplinary projects in which you can contribute and further develop your extensive knowledge and diverse skills
Your qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in energy trading or the energy industry
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Experience in project management, process definition and a strong affinity for IT
- Knowledge of data analytics for defining, monitoring and controlling via KPIs as well as visualization (dashboard) of key figures is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, also in English
