Case Management in Metering Operations – Energy Industry

Your Responsibilities
- Verification of contract and volume data, as well as monitoring of clearing processes
- Communication with market partners and customers
- Further development of existing areas of responsibility in metering point operations
- Independently optimizing processes and workflows
- Managing meter readings for smart and conventional metering systems
- Commercial meter management, including submetering
- Participation in cross-departmental projects
Your Qualifications
- A college degree in business
- Knowledge of the energy industry and market regulations for electricity and natural gas is desirable
- Proficiency with standard software
- Experience working with database-driven application interfaces
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
