Central control room employee (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Monitoring and control of our highly complex systems for the production, treatment, transportation and storage of drinking water for 3 million consumers
- Monitoring and controlling the systems of operational water supplies
- Creating the daily and weekly schedules for the operation of the plants to provide up to 18,000 m³ of drinking water per hour
- Optimizing the operation of the treatment processes and the use of substances in the water treatment plants
- Detecting and rectifying faults in accordance with the alarm plan
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), specialist for water supply or wastewater technology or supply and disposal technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience and ideally further training as a water master (m/f/d) or the willingness to obtain this qualification
- Willingness to work day and night shifts in changing teams
- Ability to communicate, independent, reliable, quality-conscious working methods and economic behavior
- Confident knowledge of written and spoken German (B2 level and above)
