Would you like to play an active role in shaping the energy transition and are you looking for a new challenge?   • Development and implementation of change management strategies: You will develop innovative and customized concepts and strategies to effectively manage change, successfully integrate it into the corporate culture and thus support the implementation of our strategic corporate goals.
  • Analyzing and assessing the need for change: You carry out regular analyses to identify the need for change and assess its impact (change impact analyses).
  • Participation and communication: You plan and independently implement formats on the topic of culture, transformation and change. Together with other specialist departments, you will develop communication measures to optimally prepare our workforce and internal stakeholders for change processes. In doing so, you will enable them to become successful change facilitators themselves.</li
  • Evaluating the success of the change: You define KPIs and monitor the success of the change initiatives to ensure that the set goals are achieved.
  • Analysis and optimization of processes: You support our specialist departments in the analysis of existing business processes, identify potential for improvement and develop tailor-made solution concepts. You will work closely with the digital transformation teams to take digitalization and automation approaches into account.</li
  • Increasing agility: You develop measures to promote the corporate culture, create an innovative and agile environment, set methodical impulses and promote the continuous improvement of our organizational development.

For this position we are looking for

  • Team player: You passionately implement your topics, show initiative in challenging tasks and convince with implementation strength.
  • Empathy and social skills: You understand how to bring people and organizational units with different perspectives and requirements together and lead them to success.
  • Communication skills: You communicate confidently and authoritatively in German with all internal stakeholders.
  • Experience and methodological expertise: You have several years of experience in supporting change projects and organizational development and have strong methodological expertise as well as excellent knowledge of project management and process optimization. Coaching training rounds off your profile.</li
  • Academic background: You have completed your (university) studies in the field of economics, psychology, business psychology or a comparable subject area.
