Your tasks
- Join our 10-strong service team and take on exciting tasks in the area of market communication and billing.
- In the SAP-ISU billing software, you will shape your working day with
- Market communication processes in the supplier market role
- Customer service processes (master data changes, new installations, meter changes, complex billing structures)
- Device management and related market processes
- Communication with market partners (suppliers, network operators)
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. office management assistant or industrial clerk)
- Basic knowledge of the energy industry (ideally experience in market communication)
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, SAP IS-U knowledge an advantage
- Career changers are very welcome
- Customer and service-oriented appearance and ability to work in a team
