Your tasks
Processing debit-side clarifications in the context of grid billing (incl. grid usage, excess/shortfall quantities, etc.) and metering point operation billing, particularly for complex constructs Ensuring the operational handling of the grid-side switching and billing processes as well as the surplus/shortfall billing processes in accordance with the GPKE and GeLi specifications and the metering point operation billing processes in accordance with the WiM specifications as part of the processing of delivery bill and invoice complaints Carrying out payment transactions, account clarifications and receivables tracking for the house connection system Ensuring the timely and correct processing of current account processes for network clients in coordination with the financial accounting department Carrying out quality assurance measures for the current account processes as part of the quarterly and annual financial statements, including monthly financial statements for the respective accounting period Ensuring complete and correct billing processes for disintegrated grid users, including account clarifications and receivables tracking in coordination with the commissioning grid operators Ensuring data exchange with the market partners of the commissioning grid operators in accordance with the application manuals, in particular with regard to compliance with statutory deadlines and timely data monitoring Processing incorrect data constellations and initiating the search for solutions through system research and analyzing cross-divisional processes, including initiating system adjustments Carrying out the necessary manual corrections with the aim of ensuring that data exchange and billing processes and energy quantity balancing are completed on time Supporting the optimization of processes in the accounts receivable environment, including eliminating sources of error and representing the interests of the department in related projects Independently preparing the necessary data to check the plausibility and completeness of the processes or, in more complex cases, independently coordinating with the reporting system Supporting the coordination of work packages for external service providers, including supporting them with technical queries
Your qualifications
Professional training with additional qualification/training, master craftsperson, business administrator Several years of professional experience Sound knowledge in the use of SAP IS-U In-depth knowledge of the legal requirements of the regulated processes for the DSO and DSO market roles (GPKE / GeLi, WiM) and the data formats in accordance with the application manuals Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package Analytical skills Commitment and proactive action Resilience Cross-divisional thinking Ability to work in a team
