Clerk (m/f/d) Change of supplier grid
Your tasks
- Implementation and monitoring of registrations and deregistrations as well as supplier changes in the electricity and gas sectors in accordance with GPKE/GeLiGas
- Monitoring the data exchange processes (technical monitoring) and troubleshooting
- Ensuring compliance with the BNetzA deadlines when handling GPKE/GeLiGas processes
- Processing inquiries and complaints from market partners and customers
- Carrying out system tests
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Ideally knowledge in the field of market communication (including knowledge of the procedural requirements from GPKE/GeLiGas and the common data exchange formats)
- Good knowledge of Office 365 and data management systems
- Independent and conscientious way of working
- Strong team and customer orientation
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
