Clerk (m/f/d) for the Customer Services team
Your tasks
- Personal customer advice in our customer centers and on the phone in our call center for questions about products, prices, invoices and contracts
- Complete processing of various customer concerns such as cancellations and registrations
- Processing correspondence with customers and interested parties
- Collaboration in cross-departmental processes
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in customer contact is desirable
- Committed personality with team spirit and a friendly and confident demeanor
- A sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Confident handling of the MS Office product range, Internet and other communication media
