You will take on responsibility and support our customers in all matters such as billing issues, registrations and deregistrations, complaints, supplier changes & tariff changes and revocations. You will handle all contact points and communication channels You have an open ear for our customer complaints and handle them objectively You support project work and contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows
