Your tasks
You will take on responsibility and support our customers in all matters such as billing issues, registrations and deregistrations, complaints, supplier changes & tariff changes and revocations. You will handle all contact points and communication channels You have an open ear for our customer complaints and handle them objectively You support project work and contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed commercial vocational training A high degree of performance orientation, customer focus and communication skills round off your profile If you are also reliable and highly committed, then we should get to know each other You are also very welcome as a career changer
