Commercial employee (m/f/d) in accounting management

Your tasks

  • You process the check and error logs from billing and invoicing runs
  • You will be responsible for the independent and careful processing of invoice corrections
  • Maintaining master data for private and commercial customers and processing transaction data, including market communication, are part of your job
  • You will check invoices that have been outsourced
  • You will be responsible for recording, processing and checking meter readings
  • You will provide telephone customer support for queries about energy bills
  • Special tasks and overarching support for projects or the adaptation and continuous optimization of processes, for example, are also part of the job

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You are well-versed and confident in using common MS Office applications
  • You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, communication skills, independence and persuasiveness
  • We expect a strong customer focus, quick comprehension and an independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Desirable:
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in the energy industry and the GPKE and GeLi-Gas supplier switching business processes
  • Knowledge of the industry-standard SAP IS-U or Schleupen software would be an advantage
