Commercial employee (m/f/d) in the energy industry

Your tasks

  • You create special contract customers in the 2-contract model in our Lima software.
  • You manage and process the market communication processes (GeliGas, GPKE, WiM) – including clarification case processing.
  • You request supplier framework agreements and keep an eye on all deadlines and details.
  • You create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for our customers and provide transparent overviews.
  • You prepare energy cost statements and ensure that they are presented correctly and comprehensibly.
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers for all billing-related questions.

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have relevant professional experience in energy cost accounting or other in-depth knowledge of the energy industry.
  • Ideally, you already have practical experience of the Lima software, which is tailored to the energy sector.
  • You communicate confidently and authoritatively – with customers, suppliers, grid operators and other interfaces.
  • You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner, are well organized and open to further personal and professional development.
  • You have business fluent written and spoken German, you are confident in using MS Office 365 and you are interested in dealing with AI topics.
