The goal of SILENOS ENERGY, a wholly owned subsidiary of STRABAG, is to promote the economic expansion of the renewable form of energy geothermal energy in Germany and thus make a valuable contribution to the domestic business location and the goals of the energy transition
Your tasks
- Your tasks – responsible, varied, creative
- You will be responsible for controlling and ongoing costing – always with an eye on economic efficiency and quality
- Together with the technical management, you will prepare the monthly performance reports and keep an eye on all key project figures
- You are responsible for commercial contract review and manage active claim and contract management
- You prepare the monthly and annual financial statements, evaluate projects economically and provide well-founded earnings forecasts, in particular for the international project-financing banks
- You help shape short and medium-term planning – particularly with regard to investments and optimizing commercial processes
- You lead, support and develop your commercial team
- After a successful induction, you will have the opportunity to become an authorized signatory – we promote long-term cooperation and targeted further development
- You will support the evaluation, design and implementation of commercial business activities for the expansion of the local project portfolio in the field of renewable electricity & heat
- You work together with internal and external experts and consultants, coordinate and maintain the existing network with all project participants such as partners, authorities, customers and subcontractors
Your qualifications
- Completed business studies or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience in positions of responsibility
- Several years of experience in project and business development or in commercial project management, ideally in the technical environment of a plant operation
- Broad knowledge of and interest in business and energy economics, coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Business fluent in English, willingness to travel, IT affinity and ERP experience
- High level of commitment, hands-on mentality, team spirit and strong communication skills – you bring people together, drive topics forward and are not afraid to rethink familiar paths
- Professional appearance, organizational talent and decision-making skills round off your profile
