Commercial metering point operation clerk (MSB) (m/f/d)
As a municipal utility company, Stadtwerke Bad Vilbel GmbH operates the gas, water, electricity and heating supply divisions as well as a transport company. Stadtwerke Bad Vilbel GmbH is also involved in real estate management and renewable energies.
Your tasks
- You will ensure operational processes in metering point operation, including the implementation of meter change processes (WIM)
- You create and manage orders for meter installation and replacement as well as the associated commercial processes
- You enter and maintain data in the metering point and billing system, including all relevant WIM data
- You coordinate and communicate with internal and external service providers as well as customer support on issues relating to metering point operation, billing and WIM processes
- You support compliance with regulatory requirements and processes in metering point operation
- You contribute to the optimization and digitalization of processes with a special focus on increasing the efficiency of WIM processes
Your qualifications
- You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably with a commercial or technical background
- Ideally, you have experience in the field of metering, energy management or billing of energy services
- You have knowledge in the administration and billing of metering points as well as in energy management systems and processes
- You are confident in using MS Office programs and common billing systems
- Your analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and meticulous way of working are among your strengths
- Your ability to work in a team, strong communication and negotiation skills round off your profile
