Your tasks
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, in particular REMIT and MAR, in IWB's energy trading. Monitor trading activities on a daily basis to prevent non-compliant behavior and initiate measures if necessary Regularly inform trading employees about new regulatory obligations and advise them on compliance issues in daily business. Carry out risk assessments of trading activities with regard to regulatory compliance. Develop training courses, guidelines and directives in close cooperation with the legal department.
Your qualifications
You have in-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment and are very familiar with European and Swiss legislative procedures. Educational backpack filled with a Master's degree in Law, Banking & Finance, Business & Economics or similar. You have several years of professional experience and practical relevance to trading, preferably in energy trading. You are characterized by a high level of quality awareness and ethical behavior. You promote open and clear communication, can provide information at the appropriate level and are business fluent in German and English.
