Your Responsibilities
Independently managing and overseeing construction phases and trades on large-scale industrial construction sites
Coordinating and managing all subcontractors and interface partners
Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards within the respective area of responsibility
Monitoring and managing the construction process, including progress tracking and reporting
Ensuring compliance with high technical standards, particularly in the areas of finishing work, building services engineering, and infrastructure plant construction (in close collaboration with the building services engineering site managers: interiors)
Close collaboration with project management, technical planning, and clients
Enforcement and further development of occupational safety and environmental standards (HSE)
Preparation of daily construction reports, quantity surveys, and inspections, as well as participation in change order, billing, and claims management
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering (TGA), or a comparable qualification
Substantial professional experience as a construction manager (m/f/d) in the following fields: industrial construction, plant engineering, or power plant construction. Alternatively, in complex building construction with a high degree of technical integration
Experience in managing large-scale projects or EPC projects is desirable
Solid knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C, as well as experience using schedule and cost management tools such as MS Project and Primavera
Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to assert oneself
Experience coordinating complex trades and large subcontractor networks
Business-level German and good English skills
Willingness to work on-site at the project locations (Werderland/Stilow)
