Consultant (f/m/d) Energy policy
We look after the member companies of the federal association in these federal states and represent their interests in these states. We also provide a wide range of services for members in the electricity, natural gas, district heating, water and wastewater sectors. These services range from advice and support on new laws and regulations to the organization of specialist events and the publication of publications.
Your tasks:
- The main focus of the job is the independent handling of energy policy and energy industry issues
- Providing support and information to member companies, particularly on site in the above-mentioned federal states
- Supporting and participating in internal association committees as well as representing the association and participating in external committees or events
- Preparation of statements, strategy papers and industry positions
- Management of projects and conception and moderation of regional events and workshops
- Maintaining contacts with state ministries, state authorities and state parliaments as well as other associations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed university studies (diploma/master’s degree) as well as relevant professional experience in the energy policy/economic environment
- Special knowledge of energy policy and the energy industry
- High degree of willingness to travel to the member companies in the above-mentioned federal states as well as the state ministries, state authorities, etc.
- Experience in project management and moderation
- Convincing personality with a confident manner, negotiating and argumentation skills and very good written communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and very good knowledge of common Office programs
