Consultant (f/m/d) Process quality and committee work

Your tasks
- Implementation of standardized framework conditions for business process management in the company
- Central point of contact for employees for process issues and interfaces
- Advising management on the creation, optimization and digitalization of company processes
- Monitoring compliance with modeling conventions and monitoring process documentation
- Independent preparation of committee documents and minutes
- Independently handling the content and organization of committee meetings, including documentation
- Assisting with the review of documents and information for management
- Supervision of company law processes and relevant entries
Your qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of business process management and/or organizational development
- Experience and confident handling of committee work
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Bizzagi
- Willingness to perform and a high degree of proactivity
- Structured way of working and high reliability
- Analytical skills to quickly grasp and evaluate new, complex processes
- High ability to work in a team, winning demeanor and strong communication skills
