Your tasks
With our team of consultants, we support other energy supply companies in successfully managing the current challenges. Interest in our consulting services is constantly increasing, which is why we are growing and looking for more colleagues (m/f/d) who enjoy helping to shape the company, contribute ideas and drive the team forward. Our tasks are varied, diverse and never boring. You will provide expert advice to energy suppliers, municipal utilities and grid operators throughout Germany, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse. What you can expect Independent management and control of projects: Depending on your level of experience, you will take responsibility for projects and sub-projects in the field of technical safety management (TSM) or other management systems (e.g. EnMS) Advising our customers: You support our customers in preparing for audits and TSM reviews on topics of organizational development, technical consulting, crisis management, etc. Designing processes: You develop efficient processes and enable our clients to establish them in the company in the long term. Coordination of knowledge transfer: You will work closely with internal specialist departments and our clients to successfully implement projects. Collaborative development of new business areas and service products: You actively contribute to the further development of our portfolio
Your qualifications
Completed degree: Ideally in the field of (industrial) engineering, energy systems, economics or a comparable qualification (e.g. technical training) Nice to have: Professional experience in the energy industry or in the topics addressed Practical experience in project management or consulting: this will make it easier for you to join us Good knowledge of modern IT tools: You are adept at using applications such as SharePoint, MS Teams and MS Office, especially Excel and Word Independent and goal-oriented way of working: You enjoy working with our customers on site, remotely or in the workspace with colleagues
