• As a consultant for pipeline law (m/f/d), you will create the legal basis for the safe operation of the supply infrastructure. You will be the main contact person for all questions relating to pipeline law, will be involved in important energy transition projects and will act as an external communicator.
• You draw up licensing agreements and easements
• You are responsible for conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with landowners and other authorized users
• You determine the standard land values and calculate the compensation amounts for pipeline rights based on the compensation rates
• You determine the property owners by using land registers
• You independently maintain the data in the property information system and keep contract documentation
• You provide information on registered pipeline rights

• Engineer or Master’s degree in the field of supply engineering, surveying, agricultural economics, administrative specialist or 1st state examination or comparable
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position would be advantageous
• Knowledge of management law and basic knowledge of administrative law
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, initial experience with the GIS geoinformation system, a property information system and SAP
• High degree of independence and at the same time strong team orientation as well as a confident appearance
