Consultant for Renewable Energy (m/f/d)
BVVG Bodenverwertungs- und -verwaltungs GmbH is a company within the portfolio of the Federal Ministry of Finance. Its business mandate is the management and privatization of formerly state-owned agricultural and forestry land in the new federal states.
Your tasks
- The central coordination office for all tasks in the field of renewable energies is responsible for a wide range of activities, including
- You will accompany land tenders and the conclusion of contracts for sites for future use for renewable energies by providing technical support for day-to-day operations and ensuring internal approval procedures.
- You will carry out market research, systematically record new market developments and submit proposals for the marketing of sites.
- You will also make your technical expertise available for contract management after contracts have been concluded.
- You create working materials, such as work instructions and sample contracts, and organize internal training courses and work consultations.
- An experienced team will support you during your induction and prepare you individually for these tasks.
Your qualifications
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational skills, combined with the ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Confident appearance, good communication skills and a flair for different conversation partners
- Your profile:
- University/university education in a suitable subject area such as urban and regional planning, architecture, civil engineering or business administration
- Ideally several years of professional experience in urban, environmental or regional planning or in project development
- Knowledge of relevant legal bases in the areas of renewable energies as well as spatial planning, state and regional planning and urban land use planning
- Experience in cadastre and land registry as well as in determining the market value of real estate is an advantage
- Driving license (class B) is also an advantage
