Consultant (m/f/d) for energy efficiency and refurbishment of existing buildings in the non-residential sector
Dena's mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
Your tasks
- You will work with us to develop the market for new building refurbishment solutions based on the Energiesprong principle for public non-residential buildings that use innovative technology (3D scanning, planning and prefabrication, modular solutions for existing buildings, etc.) to make the heating transition a success
- You identify, motivate and support the relevant public and municipal stakeholders, strengthen their networks and support them as a technical contact until the first serial refurbishment projects are implemented
- You develop strategies and concepts for the further development of the topic area
- You will be involved in working groups from the fields of politics, the construction industry, administration and associations
- As part of the team, you will develop events and information material to motivate market players to launch new projects
- You identify typical problems in project management and develop solutions, which you structure and present clearly
- You show great commitment and help us shape a climate-neutral future
Your qualifications
- Are you passionate about innovation and sustainability in refurbishment and want to significantly accelerate climate protection in the building sector? Do you know your way around non-residential/public buildings and are you an inspiring companion for stakeholders in this area? - You have completed a degree (Master's/Diploma) with a connection to the construction industry, energy-efficient construction, public administration or change or project management
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German
- You have practical experience in project management, preferably in the municipal sector
- Ideally, you have experience from projects with municipalities or the public sector, including initial experience with public procurement practice
- You have an instinct for problems of a content-related and interpersonal nature and can find solutions
- You work carefully, responsibly and reliably
- You have a confident manner and enjoy approaching and working with project partners
