Your tasks

  • Your goal is to sustainably strengthen our customer growth and make energy sales fit for the future. You will design our sales channels (with a focus on digital), develop prices further and improve processes and tools. In doing so, you will always keep an eye on profitability, customer orientation and market trends.
  • Independently maintain, manage and further develop our sales channels in the electricity and gas sector and further develop processes and tools
  • Managing acquisition activities via various sales channels, including selecting suitable sales territories
  • Ensuring profitability over the entire customer life cycle, including in the context of acquisition prices and price adjustments
  • Analysis of performance and customer behavior
  • Service provider management and close cooperation with other departments
  • Independent project management or collaboration in cross-departmental projects
  • Monitoring market developments and trends in relation to electricity and gas sales

Your qualifications

  • Completed studies in the field of energy economics, business informatics, digital business, business analytics
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or the energy industry is an advantage as well as proven experience in managing service providers
  • Enthusiasm for digital sales and enjoy familiarizing yourself with the energy industry and future trends
  • High level of initiative, organizational skills, pragmatism and creative drive
  • Technical understanding of customer service systems and their integration into complex IT landscapes
  • Analytical thinking; knowledge of data analysis
