Consultant Network Management / Focus on Concessions (m/f/d)

• You will work on optimally positioning our company for upcoming concession procedures.
• Part of your area of responsibility is the commercial evaluation of concessions, in particular with regard to the economic impact of any network disposals and gains. You will consider both regulatory and commercial law aspects.
• Questions about lease models, the creation of business cases and collaboration in relevant working groups are part of your field of activity.
• You will ensure structured documentation and delivery of concession-relevant network data, collect information from all specialist departments and maintain an overview of the status of procedures.
• You will provide support in concession application procedures with the creation of network operation concepts and bidding issues and will be responsible for interface communication within the company.
• You will also support the preparation of medium-term planning and forecasts.
• Supporting projects that serve the operational and strategic development of our company rounds off your area of responsibility.

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, energy economics or business law or have a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience, ideally in the energy sector, is an advantage.
• You are interested in energy industry conditions, enjoy working with figures and ideally have a good understanding of complex interrelationships.
• Regulatory knowledge and knowledge of concession and energy law are an advantage.
• You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and can explain complex issues in an understandable and targeted manner. You scrutinize existing facts and structures and are always on the lookout for improvements.
• We require very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• You see yourself as a team player and do not lose your commitment and sense of humor even in stressful situations.
• You are enthusiastic about new topics, can think outside the box and contribute to the continuous development of our company with your ideas.
