Consultant Strategy and Transformation (m/f/d)
As a service business of rhenag, we support other energy supply companies with our team of consultants in successfully mastering the current challenges and legal requirements.
Your tasks
- You will support our clients in developing effective business strategies and integrating them into day-to-day operations.
- You will carry out company and market analyses.
- You support the creation of business cases to evaluate companies.
- You will help our clients to analyze and further develop existing processes in the energy industry environment.
- You will lead and manage initial smaller strategy and transformation projects.
- You will take on work packages in large and complex customer projects.
- Remuneration based on the collective agreement for utilities (TV-V).
Your qualifications
- You have a degree, preferably with a business or technical background, or a comparable qualification.
- You have gained initial professional experience in the consulting and/or service business.
- You have proven expertise in the area of “Strategy & Transformation”.
- You have also gained initial experience in the independent management of projects.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the energy industry and/or in a municipal environment.
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and a positive mindset as a basis for identifying and exploiting business opportunities.
