Consumption billing clerk (m/f/d)
Stadtwerke Germersheim GmbH is a customer-oriented service company with the divisions electricity, gas, water and heat supply as well as port operations and wastewater disposal.
With 77 employees, we supply 28,000 inhabitants of the district town of Germersheim and the municipality of Lingenfeld with an annual turnover of approx. 43 million euros.
Your tasks
- You carry out consumption billing for tariff and special contract customers,
- Maintain prices and tariffs in Schleupen,
- Process invoice corrections and provide support with billing controlling and annual financial statements.
- System-side support in metering.
- You will also process grid usage invoices to external suppliers and manage the automatic data exchange processes.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications.
- Experience in the energy industry and in the billing process.
- Knowledge of Schleupen and good Office skills for billing and metering are desirable.
- A convincing and engaging manner.
- You are characterized by a motivated and committed way of working.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
