Our client is Stadtwerke Bernau GmbH, which offers short distances to the countryside and fast connections to Berlin in Bernau, a town with over 700 years of history and modern development areas. Here at Stadtwerke, around 150 employees work as distribution network operators, basic suppliers and suppliers (electricity and natural gas) to supply the boomtown of Bernau. It also operates district heating and several local heating networks. The portfolio also includes e-mobility, photovoltaics and heating concepts as well as the technical and commercial management of water supply and wastewater disposal. Your tasks
- Assume responsibility for controlling and also for regulation management at the energy supplier in cooperation with the stakeholders from technology and sales with the aim of optimizing the provision of information (reporting) and further expanding the management and planning of company processes (controlling). If you want, you can grow into the role of team leader!

Your qualifications
Have the tools you need: Preferably a university degree from the faculties of industrial engineering, (business) informatics, business administration or economics, energy and environmental management or comparable. As an alternative to a university degree, it is also possible to start by completing initial and further training in a commercial and/or technical environment with relevant professional experience – e.g. industrial clerk with further training as a business administrator (IHK) or controller (IHK) – experience beats job description!
