Coordinator (f/m/d) Maintenance electrical engineering / mechanical treatment plants
Your tasks
- Planning, carrying out and monitoring all maintenance and repair work on the mechanical treatment systems at the Gradestraße site
- Defining the scope of work and detailed coordination of work tasks
- Checking and monitoring legally required inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repair work and selecting suitable working methods
- Responsible management of the employees in the electrical and mechanical workshops assigned to the area of responsibility
- Budget and cost responsibility for the area as well as ensuring occupational safety
- Further developing and modernizing existing systems and processes
- Managing and coordinating projects, monitoring implementation and providing support for interdisciplinary projects
Your qualifications
- Completed university education (FH diploma / Bachelor) in the field of electrical engineering, alternatively mechanical engineering with an affinity for electrical engineering (preferably technical training as a basis) or industrial foreman with relevant additional qualification
- Fulfillment of the requirements according to DIN VDE 1000-10 as a responsible electrician (VEFK) and transfer of entrepreneurial duties with regard to electrical engineering requirements
- Several years of specialist professional experience in the maintenance of electrical systems, mechanical, energy and ventilation systems, buildings and infrastructure systems
- Focused and results-oriented way of working
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Assertiveness and resilience
- Good IT skills across a wide range of applications (e.g. MS Office package, SAP)
